Palguna masa brings plenty of happiness to all the humble devotees of Sri Parimalacharyaru.
There are two important events i) Pattabhisheka of Sri Raayaru[28/2/2017] and ii) Vardhanthi celebration of Sri Raghavendra Swamigalu[05/3/2017]
On Pattabhisheka day,the greatest guru Sri Sudeendra Tirtha did Pattabhisheka/ gave Sanyashrama to Sri Venkataarya or Sri Venkatanatha and renamed him as “Sri Raghavendra Tirtha” .

Mahime of Lord Shri Rama’s holy feet:
By meditating upon Lord Shri Harih and His divine feet, the Pandavas rejoiced says Sri Raghavendra Swamigalu in Mahabharatha Tatparya Nirnaya – Bhava Sangraha.
It is considered auspicious doing smarane of Lord’s divine feet with one’s buddhi. We must pray Vayu devaru for giving buddhir bhalam (to strengthen our buddhi). By doing so with sincere bhakthi one is actually having dharshana of Lord and attains mukthi. Various Haridasaru’s have sung thousands of kirthis(songs) on importance of doing smarane of Lord’s holy feet.
‘Iko nodu Ranganathana putta padava'(Have dharshan of Lord Ranganatha’s divine feet here), says mahan Sripadaraja. His holiness extols the divine feet and sees dharshan of Lord Sri HArih.
His holiness praises in another divya kruthigalu, prays Lord Sri Rama(who is karunakara, shows mercy to his devotees) to show his divine feet(Sri Rama ninna padava thoro)
Similary Sangeetha pithamaha Dasa srestha Sri Purandaradasaru prays Lord Vitthala to live in his lotus shaped Hrudaya temple(heart) as dasaru surrendered completely, that is saranagathi of Lord’s feet (Endendu ninna padavae gethi enagae Govinda baa enna hridaya mandirakke). He says he will always depend on such a divine feet which gives mukthi to deserving souls.
In other krithi, dasaru asks all of us to do smarane of Lord Sri Ramana mantra to attain mukthi. Sri Rama mantra brings happiness which gives us vairagya, bhakthi and as the result. Please note Dasaru gives importance to bhakthi marga here says only by doing smaranae of Lord Sri Rama & his feet gives us gyana. Saranagathi to Lord and his holy feet is highlighted by dasaru. (Rama Rama enniro, Rama namava nudi etc)
Such is the greatness of Lord Shri Rama’s divine feet.
Shri Vadiraja Tirtha’s yatra to Sri Ramaar padham temple:
How beautiful Lord’s feet is? Sri Vadiraja Tirtha in one of the krithis describes the beauty of Lords holy feet which is filled with full of auspicious qualities, if one surrenders with bhakthi he can wipe out all our sins.
Sri Rama padham temple is located above a small hill, we can see Lord Sri Rama’s divine feet in the sanctum sanatorium of the temple. It is located 5 kms from Rameswaram town,Tamilnadu.
Sri Vadirajaru makes yatra to such a divine place and does sastanga namaskara to Rama’s holy feet.
Rajaru says doing smarane of Shri Rama’s feet gives gyana/bhakthi like how Sri Rama bestowed anugraha to Agaligai. Shri Rama, the leader of shatriya kula, guna paripoorna(filled with auspicious qualities), the great fighter who destroys enemies, the one who built sethu(Vayu devaru helped with blessings of Lord), such a great leader/guru/Lord of the Universe protect me in all the direction, thus prays Rajaru for welfare of all of us.
He says he bows down to such a divine feet which must be remembered every time for getting vairagya/bhakthi which leads to mukthi.
If Lord’s feet has such a great mahatva, karuna how Lord will be filled with? Let us do smarane of Lord Shri Harih’s holy feet on pattaabhisheka day of Mantralaya mahaprabhu Shri Raghavendra Swamiji and pray Rayaru to show Shri Vadirajara/Vayu antharyamin Lord Shri Harih within us.
