In the philosophy of Sri Madhvacharya, the individual souls are involved in a gradual gradation in terms of their nature and capacities. This gradation is called tAratamya. 
1. Lord Sri Vishnu
2. Lakshmi
3. Brahma and Vayu and all Rijus
4. Sarasvati and Bharati and wifes of all R^ijus
5. Garuda, Sesha and Rudra
6. Shanmahishis – The Six Wives of Krishna – Jambavati, Bhadra, Nila, Kalindi. Mitravinda, laxaNa
7. Suparni, Varuni, Parvati (Wives of Garuda, Sesha, Rudra respectively)
8. Indra, Kama/Skandha(Karthikeya)
9. Ahankarika Prana
10. svAyambhuvamanu, daxa, brihaspati, saci, rati, aniruddha
11. pravaha vAyu
12. vivasvAn, chandra, yama, shatarUpa devi
13. varuna
14. nArada
15. bhR^igu, agni, prasUti
16. marichi, atri, angirasa,pulastya, pulaha, kratu, vashiShTa – The sons of Brahma and vishwamitra, vaivasvata manu.
17. mitra, nirRuti, pravahi, tAra
18. vishwaksena, gaNapathi, ashvini devatas,kubera, seShsa shatasthas

Please read out the posts I have posted in this blog to get started with our philosophy. 🙂 You can also refer http://www.srsmutt.org to know about Mantralaya mahaprabhu Sri Raghavendra Theertha who lives at Mantralaya and blesses us daily. He is one of the saints who contributed a lot to Sri Madhwa sastra 🙂

    2. Please visit the Uttaradhi Mutt in the city you are located. There are books by the wonderful Shri T. S Raghavendra who has meticulously explained the Harikathamratasara and various other topics. Shri Pandurangi’s has also done an outstanding job by bringing out the essence of the various Upanishads. Please also read Nyayasudhasaara in English .This book explains difficult concepts in very simple language that a layman can understand .You can get this book at any of the Raghavendra Mutt’s .
